Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Expedited Shipping
Need your backpack sooner? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee, with delivery in 1-3 business days.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update our policy as soon as international shipping becomes available.

We want you to love your Dream Pack backpack. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases.
Hassle-Free Returns: If your backpack doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
Free Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping. Simply contact us, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Customization Fee: If the product has been customized, a $40 customization fee will be deducted from your refund, even if the return is made within the 30-day return period.
